The position of Instructor is to provide lecture and practical information to the students in an engaging manner. This is a part-time, in-person position that requires Thursday-Friday availability. There is potential for full-time hours after completion of training.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality facial treatments that address skincare concerns
Advise clients and suggest treatments related to their individual needs
Perform face and scalp massages for therapeutic or relaxation purposes
Remove hair by tweeze or wax
Greeting guests and suggesting the appropriate therapies and treatments
Performing consultations, both in person and over the phone
Maintaining client reports and notes
Educating clients on spa therapies and services
Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retails sales
Must:
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have excellent time management skills
Work well both alone and with a team
Have a neat and polished appearance
Have the physical stamina to sit for long periods of time throughout the day
Ensure safety, sterilization, and sanitation procedures are satisfied
Be able to work weekend and early evening hours
Present program material to meet program objectives.
Prepare power point or course material
Evaluate students’ progress
Maintain attendance and grade records daily
Address student concerns
Grade assignments and enter attendance into system weekly
Notify program directors of any student issues with conduct, grades, or attendance
Maintain professional licenses
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Know and follow policies and procedures
Basic Requirements:
Esthetician or Cosmetology Instructor License
Estheticians License (if not licensed instructor)
2+ years experience in industry
Multicultural Skin specific certifications a plus

Location: St. Louis, MO
The position of spa coordinator is the first responder for the day-to-day operations of the skin studio. He/She reports to the COO in the event of any irregularities in the duration of the workday and maintains a communicative partnership with the Esthetician. Client care, confidentiality and facility maintenance are the top priorities for the Spa Coordinator. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires Tuesday -Saturday availability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and oversee client relations including but not limited to booking, inquiries, and checkout.
Promote product sales to clients and introduced new product lines to foot traffic customers.
Assure the highest quality of spa services by overseeing the general operations of the spa at all times.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls as well as provide current and detailed information about all spa services.
Develop changes to improve spa services and cleaning duties for the betterment of our staff and guests.
Answer phones, communicate spa services, facilities and products, and conduct spa tours.
Develop a strong product knowledge of spa services, skin care and retail products.
Maintain a clean and orderly presentation of spa facility for clients and employees
Assist customers with information regarding spa services, reservations and billing.
Must:

Be able to provide consistent good customer service experience
Ensure the proper care of spa facility

Basic Requirements:
Square Appointments proficiency
Google Workspace Suite (forms, sheets, mail, docs)
Knowledge or experience in the luxury hospitality or retail industry preferred
